Russia, 1914-1916
Steel head, with a dimpled groove. The hilt with a single bail, the back arm curved downward and ending in a round teardrop with an eyelet, to which a leather sling with a hilt is attached. The shaft of the handle is wooden, diagonally notched. The head slightly inclined forward, with a hood of brass plate. Scabbard trimmed with leather, neck and viscera with brass fittings; one riffle with braycar.
