on the other side: S. PIELECKI / LWÓW (partially obliterated) - signature of Stefan Pielecki's trade depot, who was a middleman in the trade of, among other weapons.

Steel head, with drawn armor on both sides. Basket hilt, brass, openwork, with the coat of arms of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and floral motifs. Closed handle, brass binding. Wooden shaft, cross-notched, veneered with so-called lizard. Metal scabbard, trimmed with black leather. Neck ferrule, wide riffle with braycar and scabbard viscus - from brass sheet decoratively embossed.
Preservation condition: a dent on the scabbard, pitting all over, rubbing of the leather on the handle.
