Perpendicular cuboidal box on 4 button feet, bordered with a profiled pedestal moulding; carving on the lid with a musical instrument motif; on the inside of the lid an oleprint with concerting putti and with the inscription: "Polyphon". Comb mechanism, playing music from perforated steel plates, pressed with a brass pin as the melody is played.
