The icon depicts the Saints standing, in full view, above them in the clouds Jesus Christ Pantokrator with his right hand raised in a gesture of blessing, in his left hand he holds a closed Book.
- Saint Alexis, called the Man of God, (born c. 360, died 411) - Saint of the Catholic and Orthodox Church. Ascetic. The protagonist of the medieval hagiographic work "The Legend of Saint Alexy". Patron of the poor, pilgrims, fishermen, beggars. He is an intercessor during earthquakes, droughts, bad weather, epidemics and plagues.
- Saint Athanasius the Great (Athanasius of Alexandria / born c. 295, died May 2, 373) - Bishop of Alexandria, early Christian writer, theologian-apologist, preacher, father and doctor of the Church, Saint of the Catholic Church and Orthodox Christianity. He was known as Athanasius Contra Mundum.
- Saint Matrona, martyr, Saint of the Orthodox Church, lived in the 3rd century, in Thessalonica. She suffered martyrdom during the persecution of Christians.
The wrap is repoussed in silver-plated brass, the bordure decorated with a geometric motif, with stylized rose flowers in the corners; radiant brass nimbuses.
