On a flat, square base with a rectangular post (support) with inscription: DRAGON / 1802 (on the back), standing in counterpoint is a soldier in the uniform of a dragoon of the French army in dark blue and white colors, with epaulettes, wearing a helmet with a chin strap decorated with a plume-black helmet; with a trumpet in his right hand and a saber at his left side.
