KUSA iron foundry (signed in Cyrillic ???) in the Urals, Chelyabinsk region, near the largest known KASLI ironworks.
The business card tray is formed by the wide-legged skirt of a young woman wearing a hat.
On the bottom the marking: in an oval a double-headed eagle, below in Cyrillic letters: "K.U.Z. 3".
