Supported on 4 balls, plain, with rounded edges, with a button for opening the lid; hinged lid with engraved bound monogram ZG, topped with a handle in the form of an entablature.
Waclaw Glowacki was one of the most prominent Krakow goldsmiths of the 2nd half of the 19th century. He also ran a store where he sold his own products and those of other manufacturers, including Christofel. It is likely that the above sugar bowl did not come out of his workshop, as evidenced by the unidentified goldsmith's monogram - JK .
