Supported on four legs ending in lion's paws and a stepped foot, decorated with a band of slanting, pea-shaped acanthus leaf tendrils; the stem shaped from a bar covered with leaves of water sticks, which are grasped by a small boy, wearing short shorts, a cubbyhole and a hat, standing on a board on water with floating nenupharas; the plate of the platter in the shape of an unfolded, multi-petaled flower.
