On a round base formed from a half-shaft, with two narrow gutters for pen and nibs, supported by four flat, crescent-shaped legs; ink container of yellowish glass, circular, decorated at the bottom and top with knolls, strongly tapered in the middle, with a silver-wrought neck, with a hinged lid topped with a teardrop-shaped finial with a green stone.
