crystal glass, polished, 925 sterling silver, gold-plated, hallmarked (925 in oval, the hallmark of the assay office with the goldsmith's number, lictor's rods and the city mark - in rhombus), ivory; flacons - height 14.5 cm, diameter 7.8 cm; container - height 7.7 cm; diameter 11 cm
Milan, 1934-44.
Composed of two perfume flacons and a container for powder or cream in crystal glass; octagonal, pear-shaped, faceted flacons, wrought in gilt silver, with glass stoppers sheathed in sleeves of gilt silver surmounted by flat bone handles; 9-sided, bulbous, faceted container, with bone cap wrought in gilt silver.
