Woodcut, paper, 26 x 22 cm (light frame),
Signed on plate with bound monogram FC.
Engraved by Jozef Holewinski, and Floryan Zinc produced this portrait by drawing directly on the woodcut.
The work comes from and opens the "Album of Jan Matejko" [explanatory text by Kazimierz Wójcicki], Warsaw [1874-1876]; edition and printing by Salomon Leventhal. Framed work.
