kartusz wycięty w blasze miedzianej, z repusowaną tarczą herbową z barankiem - herbem „Junosza odmienna”. Wokoło labry, w klejnocie rogi, po bokach napis szwabachą: „D. V. // Borwitz”.
Jest to herb rodu Borowiec; familia na Śląsku zwała się Borwitz.
W kilku miejscach (szczególnie w prawej części labrów i klejnotu - pęknięcia blachy.
Herb opisany w herbarzu Juliusza Ostrowskiego i Tadeusza Gajla.
