Steel head with deep armor; geometric engraving on both sides on the amphibians up to half-length; No. "177" stamped on the back. Shield-guarded blade and hilt. Handle covered with leather, braided with double-stranded brass wire; head and hood in the form of an eagle's head ( in the literature the saber is described as Prussian, in the French type). Scabbard with two riffles, with bracers.
