with relief scenes of hunted fowl, identical, on two sides of the body
stamped copper (body), brass, steel (dispenser); length 21 cm, width 8 cm; dispenser diameter 4 cm;
Markings on the dispenser (vide below).
Preserved condition: the dispenser lacks a powder portion regulator stick.
England, Sheffield, company: G & J.W. HAWKSLEY / SHEFFIELD, 2nd half of the 19th century.
