In original case.
The obverse of the medal minted on the occasion of the first voyage of the Ts/s Stefan Batory features an image of Stefan Batory against a background of the inscription: STEFAN BATORY REX POLONIAE 1576 - 1586. On the reverse is a representation of the ship Ts/s Stefan Batory, above which is the mark of the Polish Ocean Lines and the inscription: POLISH OCEAN LINES, INAUGURAL VOYAGE, 11. IV. - 6. V. 1969 TS/S STEFAN BATORY.
Markings on the obverse: "W. KOWALOK"; on the reverse: "W. KOWALIK", "m/w" (Warsaw Mint).
