Medallion with hanging eyelet. Depicts a bas-relief scene of a group of Polish soldiers walking to the right in an attack, with the squad leader holding a saber and a pistol; a fragment of a silhouette of a fleeing German soldier is visible, a pickaxe abandoned on the ground.
At the bottom the inscription: " November 11, 1918".
