Warszawa, Władysław OLESZCZYŃSKI (1807-1866) - projekt, 1858
Popiersie Poety zwrócone lekko w lewo; z prawej wzdłuż krawędzi łukiem napis: „A. MICKIEWICZ”; u dołu pod wizerunkiem: „MODELOWAŁ W.O. 1858 / NAKŁAD I ODLEW FABRYKI MINTERA”. Dobrze zachowane koliste uszko.
Edycja medalu związana była z odsłonięciem pomnika Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, projektowanego również przez Oleszczyńskiego.
