In the center of the painting, against a background of conventional architecture - a cross adored by two saints, Macarius and Sylvester; on the sides - Empress Helena and Emperor Constantine with courtiers. In the jewels on the bordure - on the left - the Guardian Angel, St. Antipius and St. John the Baptist; on the right - the saints: Agrippina, Nicholas and Polycarp. At the top of the icon - God the Father in the clouds, below - Deesis with Christ Pantocrator in the middle and Mary Paraklesis and John the Baptist Prodromos. The bordure is smooth, ochre, framed by red stripes.
