Blackened wood box with a comb mechanism playing music from perforated steel plates and a brass pin used to press the plate as the melody is played. On the inside of the lid, a colorful reproduction of an image of a young woman in a green dress and pink scarf; under the plate, an inscription: "SCHUTZ MARKE TRADE MARK / MADE IN GERMANY". On the front of the box a crack where a bolt with a handle moves, activating the mechanism.
