Rectangular base, ending in a semicircle on the shorter sides, supported on 4 block legs, decorated with a pair of rosettes and a rose branch motif. Higher up, an architectural mechanism case with acanthus flows on the sides and an arched cornice with a kimation motif and full-figured female heads; the finial in the form of a biconvex vase. Enameled dial, with Roman hour division (blue numerals) and Arabic minute division; openworked hands; Parisian system of beating hours and half-hours.
