Figurine of a barefoot, toplesque dancer performing an expressive dance belt, with her left leg raised back, supporting the edge of a flowing skirt with her right hand.
The figurine is in the style of the Austrian sculptor and ceramicist Stephan Dakon (1904-1992), who collaborated with Goldscheider's Vienna factory and is known for his numerous realizations of figurines of art déco dancers.
