Półmisek serwisowy owalny; na kołnierzu umieszczone ukośnie obok siebie dwie tarcze herbowe: z herbem Oppeln-Bronikowski (odmiana polska "Osęk") oraz herbem Czettritz; tarcze z klejnotami: z koroną z dwoma skrzyżowanymi mieczami i z koroną z bosakiem, połączone przeplecionymi labrami w formie draperii. Wokół krawędzi kołnierza i wrębu lustra złote obwódki.
